Pregnancy massage is safe to receive at any time during your pregnancy. At the beginning of your pregnancy you will usually lie as normal (face down) unless this is not comfortable for you. Massages at the middle and end of your pregnancy will be performed with you lying on your side supported by cushions to ensure your comfort.

Deep tissue massage works by physically breaking down these adhesions to relieve pain and restore normal movement. To do this, we often uses direct deep pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles.
