MLD is an extremely gentle specialist form of massage, which encourages lymph to flow, It is both a preventive and remedial treatment, enhancing the immune system. It is also extremely relaxing. It has been shown to have massive benefits when treating the following conditions:

Julie uses the Hivamat 200, a deep oscillation unit with most of the MLD treatments; this German manufactured machine has been shown to greatly improve the results gained with the therapy.

To compliment the MLD, it can be used very effectively as an anti-aging therapy especially when combined with the 'ICE MASK'. This mask was produced by surgeons in the States to dramatically reduce scarring following plastic surgery. It has been shown to improve circulation, aid the production of collagen and visibly tighten the skin. It provides visible long term results when used regularly, and can be used for immediate results, even over make-up, to bring a younger, fresher look to the skin.
