Having trained at the Maidstone School of Complementary Therapy, Amanda gained a Credit in the ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage with Anatomy & Physiology. As a result she is well equipped to deal with specific muscular/tension problems. Combining Swedish Massage with the Hands Free technique, she uses forearms and elbows as well as hands to enable her to get to deeper, more stubborn problem areas within the muscles.
Further qualifications enable Amanda to offer the Natural Lift Facial Massage, Indian Head Massage and Pregnancy Massage. The Natural Lift Facial Massage involves a sequence of massage techniques which act as a natural facelift with no need for surgery, helping to rejuvenate and lift the skin. This treatment improves the complexion, removes toxins from the face, prevents and reduces wrinkles whilst balancing the life force energy holistically, helping to improve overall health.
In Indian Head Massage, not only is the head and scalp invigorated, but tension in the neck and shoulders can also be alleviated. This is a 30 minute seated treatment where the client remains fully clothed. Amanda is fully insured and a member of the Complementary Therapist's Association.
