Bernadette (Holistic Massage, Myofascial Release)

Bernadette is a fully insured member of the Complementary Therapists Association. She trained in holistic massage at Essentials for Health massage training school and has ITEC and BTec qualifications. She has since completed advanced training in massage for many pain conditions at the Jing Institute of Advanced Massage Training. She has gained qualifications in advanced clinical massage, in Myofascial release and in advanced musculo-skeletal anatomy.

Bernadette is also a teacher and she works as a dyslexia coach and tutor for students in higher education at a small consultancy near Euston. You can find out more about Bernadette if you visit her personal website.

Sue Carberry (deep tissue)

Integrated Bodywork® is a unique blend created by Sue Carberry, of Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage and Reiki Healing.

Integrated Bodywork® can therefore, help to reduce stress, increase flexibility and mobility, release energy blocks, alleviate physical aches and pains and improve sleep, all of which increases your sense of well-being.
